You can trust your equipment is serviced and repaired properly by our staff of factory trained, OPEESA certified Technicians.

OPEESA (Outdoor Power Equipment & Engine Service Association) along with the EETC (Equipment & Engine Training Council) has developed a certification process to ensure Service Technicians are proficient in the areas of Four-stroke Engines, Electrical Systems, Drivelines and Hydraulics, as well as Diesel Engines. All of our Technicians are trained and certified with OPEESA to ensure your equipment is fixed right the first time and in a timely manner.

In addition to the OPEESA certifications, our Technicians are factory trained by the manufacturers we represent to keep up with the ongoing technical changes.

Simpson Norton has a staff of 13 Technicians with 8 of them being In-Field Technicians. This enables us to provide you with exceptional coverage that allows us to repair most equipment on site. Our In-Field Technicians are supplied withall of the necessary tools to complete repairs, including lap top computers with wireless access to the internet for immediate support.

With a combined total of over 240 years of Technical experience, our Service Department employees are "second to none" when it comes to knowledge and support for all of your service needs.
